Shaghai Sidewinder Twisted Ride

Saturday Aug 29, 2024 at 8:00am at Patriot Harley Davidson.

This is a twist on the original Shanghai Sidewinder that was canceled this year. It takes the same route to lunch at Crosswinds Cafe as previously but has a twist for the return route with an ice cream stop at Dairy Corning in Winchester before returning to N. VA/Patriot H-D around 3:30pm. This ride includes Interstates and very technical twisty mountain roads. We will take I-66 out to rt 17N before getting on nice back roads. After our first gas stop, we will continue on to lunch  but not before climb some very technical tight twisted roads with steep vertical climbs through the Shanghai, WV mountain area. After lunch we will stop for ice cream before taking the I-66 back to the Northern VA area. Riders can tap out near home as we return.
